What we collect

When you run a report, we collect your restaurant's name, city, and Google Place ID to generate the audit. If you choose to receive your report by email, we collect your first name and email address. We do not collect payment information — the report is free.

How we use it

Your email is used to send you a copy of your report and, with your consent, follow-up information about Matic Orders' direct online ordering product. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. You can unsubscribe from any email at any time.

Third-party services

Score uses Google Maps and Google PageSpeed Insights APIs to generate report data. These requests are server-side — your restaurant's Place ID is sent to Google's APIs, but your personal information is not. We use HubSpot to manage email communications. We use Vercel for hosting. Each of these providers has their own privacy policy.

Cookies

We do not use tracking cookies. UTM parameters in URLs (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) are used only to understand which marketing channels are working and are not tied to your personal identity.
